A licensed Real Estate Broker for over 40 years. Maryann is the Executive Vice President of Fillmore Real Estate, involved
with Special Events, Home Services and overseeing and maintaining the Fillmore offices. In addition Maryann is the President of the Brooklyn Board of Realtors. She is on the committee's with State on Fair Housing,& Public relations & communications

 

In 2013 she was honored by the Media Group as one of the most powerful business women in Brooklyn. In 2012 Maryann was President of the Woman's Council of Realtors Brooklyn Chapter. In 2011 she was honored by Senator Marty Golden for Woman's History Month

 

In 1992 she was honored by the Flatbush Real Estate Board as Woman of the Year with the Flatbush Board

 

In 1990 she was the President of the Flatbush Board. In 1992 she was as Woman of the Year with the Flatbush Board. In 1987 she was the Charter President for the Kwanza's Club of Marine Park.
She is a certified teacher in RealEstate for the last decade.

 

Maryann began her career in the East Flatbush part of Brooklyn at Fillmore Real Estate.

 

Over the years she grew with Fillmore Real Estate,and worked closely with William Reinhardt the Founder of Fillmore Real Estate. She lives in Madison/Marine Park with her husband Guido. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and cruising. She also loves to spend time with her daughter Laura and her son in law Peter but most of all she loves being with her grandson Christopher.

 

Maryann's other hobby is singing Blues & Jazz in cafe's and restaurants.
